Only $75 Reservation Fee is required to book your Special Airport Package
Full payment of balance is required in cash upon check in together with a PHP 5,000 security deposit.
PHP 5,000 security deposit returned upon check out once apartment is checked for missing/damaged items and the electricity bill has been settled.
Inventory & Schedule of Condition is double checked and signed by guests upon check in so you can be assured that your deposit will be returned to you as long as you return the apartment back to us in the same condition.
